You can visit it in summer and if you´re driving on a rental car it is recommended that it be a 4×4. You can watch it both from the top of the rocks where you´ll enter from the parking. More interestingly you can walk/hike down the hill and walk tovards it and see it both from under and closer to it.

The walk takes between 1 and 2 hours, depending on how long you want to stay enjoying it.
